Cypherbound
Compliance + AI for regulated industries

Compliance software for regulated operations, with AI that shows its work.

Cypherbound builds compliance and AI products for regulated industries, one market at a time, each written in its own regulator’s terms. Each product is built to take the routine work off your team’s desk: chasing sign-offs, retyping readings, tracking due dates and assembling the audit pack.

  1. Instead of: Chasing sign-offs on paper Now: Routed for e-signature, with who, meaning and why
  2. Instead of: Retyping readings into spreadsheets Now: Captured once, at the source
  3. Instead of: Tracking due dates and expiries by hand Now: Due dates worked out from the rule, flagged ahead
  4. Instead of: Building the audit pack the night before Now: Evidence already linked to each record
  5. Instead of: Reconciling registers that don’t agree Now: One record, every change kept
  6. Instead of: Filling in the same regulator report every year Now: Drafted from the records you already keep AI draft · a person approves
Everyday compliance work our products are built to take off your desk.

Products, by market

Each product is built for one industry and the regulator it answers to. We don't port a template from one market to another, and what we say about one product never stands in for another. Each has its own site.

What every product shares

Markets differ. The way we keep records does not.

One tamper-evident record
Entries are appended, never overwritten. Each one is linked to the one before it, so a change after the fact shows up instead of disappearing.
Tenant isolation
Each customer's data is separated at the database, not only in the screens. Your company is set by who signed in, never by a filter someone can change.
Regulation-native vocabulary
Screens use the terms your inspector uses, such as Schedule M for a plant in India or Part 192 for a utility in the US. Fewer translations means fewer gaps.
Human signatures stay human
A signature records who signed, what it means and why, at that moment. Software can prepare the record. Only a person can sign it.

How we use AI

AI helps people read, sort and draft faster. It never becomes the record, and it never decides on anyone's behalf.

  • Opt-inOff until a person turns it on for themselves.
  • LabelledEvery suggestion is marked as one, everywhere it appears.
  • Shows its reasoningYou see the rule and the data it relied on, so you can check it.
  • Human-confirmedNothing takes effect until a person accepts it.
  • Never alters recorded factsReadings, signatures and history stay exactly as they were entered.

Cypherbound is a software company building compliance and AI products for regulated industries. We start with the rules, then build the record around them.
